If you've ever been one of those people who wondered, "How can those meteorologists keep their job when they're wrong half the time?!" Well, here's one of 'those' meteorologists who's APOLOGIZING for screwing up the forecast-- calling for sun, when in realty, the UK got dumped on with showers.
