2/17 - IS SNOOKI ENGAGED?

There are headlines floating around that Snooki is engaged, but it's likely not true -- yet. The rumor started after In Touchmagazine reported "Snooki's Getting Married."

However, the magazine just includes a quote from the reality star, revealing her intention to marry boyfriend Jionni LaValle. She said, "I'm not thinking it may happen, I know. I'm just waiting for him to ask. I'm 24, I've had all the fun I'm ever going to have in my life. I found the right guy, and I'm just waiting for him."

2/16 - Report: Bobby Brown Will Attend Whitney's Funeral

Reports of a Bobby Brown ban at Whitney Houston's funeral are apparently not true.  People.com quotes a source close to Houston's family who says the singer's ex-husband will be in attendance to support his and Whitney's daughter Bobbi Kristina.  Initial reports suggested members of Whitney's family had sent word to Brown to stay away from the service.  The unidentified source says while "there was some talk" and some people who were angry at him, there is no ban and Brown will be a part of the invitation-only funeral.  The guest list also reportedly includes Aretha Franklin, Stevie Wonder and actor Kevin Costner, Houston's co-star in her 1992 movie debut "The Bodyguard."

2/15 - Warner Bros. Slaps Charlie Sheen With Cease And Desist

Warner Brothers says it still owns Charlie Sheen, or at least several images of him.  To that end the studio is demanding the actor give up those images, or face legal consequences. "The Hollywood Reporter" says Warner Brothers has sent the former "Two and a Half Men" actor a cease-and-desist letter with regards to the use of several Warner-owned photos Sheen has been using to promote his new FX series "Anger Management."  Some of the photos are from the actor's days on "Two and a Half Men" from which Sheen was fired last year.  The actor later settled a wrongful termination lawsuit with the studio for a multi-million dollar sum.  That apparently did not include rights to Warner Brothers' photos of him.   

Warner's attorneys says the fact Sheen has been using Warner's intellectual property to sell another show is "especially egregious" and they want him to stop.  While Sheen's attorneys ...
