We welcome you to join us for our annual Christmas at the Lodge fundraiser at Camp Manitou on Friday, December 1st, 2017. This event allows us to complete major renovations and will ensure the continuation of a quality camp experience.

Experience the beauty of camp in winter and join us by the warmth of the fireplace for mingling with drinks and great food at our annual Christmas at the Lodge fundraiser. This event allows us to come together to help support our mission, provide exceptional facilities, and ensure that Manitou will continue to inspire youth for years to come. This event includes transportation, raffles, silent and live auctions, dinner, and drinks all in the spirit of camp! Register online.

 Cost: $150/person ($100 of ticket price is tax deductible) 

​​Event Details

Transportation
There is bus transportation for anyone who would like it and you do not need to reserve a spot. Two buses will begin loading outside the Eau Claire YMCA at 4:15 pm and will leave at 4:30 pm. A third bus will begin loading at 5:00 pm and leave at 5:15 pm. Two buses will depart after the program around 9:30 pm and a third bus will depart at 10:30 pm for those who stay for a campfire.

5:15 Doors open at Camp Manitou, hors d’oeuvres, drinks, and silent auction.
7:00 Silent auction closes; Heads/Tails raffle in Dining Hall; Guests move to Main Lodge
7:20 Dinner
7:30 Silent auction winners notified
8:15 Presentation of the Spirit of Manitou Award
8:30 Live auction
9:30 Early bus departs from Camp Manitou & start of the Campfire
10:30 Late bus departs from Camp Manitou back to YMCA

Attire
Typical attire is dressy casual and please dress according to the weather since you will be walking outside between buildings and buses.

What to Bring
If you are interested in participating in our raffles make sure to bring some cash. The winners of all auction items will be billed after the event so there is no need to worry about paying on site for those.
