Ingredients:
4 (4-ounce) tropical fruit cups, drained (about 1 cup)
2 T. fresh cilantro leaves, finely chopped
2 scallion, finely chopped
1 lime, juiced
1 medium jalapeno, ribs removed, seeded and minced
Kosher salt
2 tsp. Silver Spring Island (Pine-Apricot) Wasabi, to taste
Instructions:
Chop drained fruit into small pieces. Combine the fruit and remaining salsa ingredients in a bowl & refrigerate until chilled.
