OFFICIAL RULES for I-94/RBV/Travel Leaders of Eau Claire (Revised 5/19/10)
Give Me Some Wine and Send Me Someplace Warm Contest
1. No purchase necessary to enter.
2. Participation is limited to persons 21 years or older. One Grand Prize winner per household. One Qualifier per household. Employees and immediate families of Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC, RBV River Bend Winery, Travel Leaders of Eau Claire, FunJet Vacations and RIU Hotel/Resorts, their affiliates, and employees of direct market competing radio stations are not eligible to participate.
3. The contest period is 5/3/2010-5/22/2003.
4. The contest will be administered as follows: From May 3-May 21, 2010, I94 listeners will be asked to listen for a special “wineglasses clinking” contest prompt announcement. Caller # 9 at 834-9494 wins a bottle of wine from RBV and is eligible for the Grand Prize Drawing for a trip for two to Puerto Vallarta including 2 roundtrip Charter flight air seats and 3 Night Hotel accommodations at the RIU Vallarta all inclusive resort. Travel will be valid from October-December 11, 2010. Thanksgiving is blacked out and there may be other blackout dates based on conventions and special events. This trip is valued at approximately $1,250 and applicable taxes and surcharges up to $ 199 per person are not included and must be paid by the winner. Additional restrictions may apply. All finalists will be invited to the special Grand Gala Grand Prize party at RBV Winery in Chippewa Falls, Saturday May 22, 2010 from 5 to 7 pm. Dates and times could be subject to change. All finalists must be present to win, unless they have prearranged a proxy for them. This must be arranged by May 20, 2010 except for finalists who qualify on 5/20 or 5/21. The Grand Prize winner will be selected through a reverse elimination /random drawing process.
5. Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC is not responsible for Telephone malfunctions. In the event of a telephone malfunction, the caller could be disqualified. Winners are notified they have won at the time of the contest play.
6. The finalist prize is a bottle of wine from RBV River Bend Winery, valued from $10-$15. A certificate for the bottle of wine will be redeemed at RBV River Bend Winery. The Grand prize is a trip for two to Puerto Vallarta including 2 roundtrip Charter flight air seats and 3 Night Hotel accommodations at the RIU Vallarta all inclusive resort. Travel will be valid from October-December 11, 2010. Thanksgiving is blacked out and there may be other blackout dates based on conventions and special events. This trip is valued at approximately $3,125 and applicable taxes and surcharges up to $199 per person are not included and must be paid by the winner. The prize sponsor will issue a prize value statement. Prizes are final and cannot be changed, modified or altered by any participating sponsor or contest winner. Non-cash prizes cannot be redeemed for cash or traded for other non-cash merchandise.
7. Prizes must be claimed between 8am and 5pm weekdays at 944 Harlem Ave, Altoona, Wisconsin by June 22, 2010( 30 days past contest) or they will remain the property of Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC for disbursal at its discretion. Presentation of photo identification will be required.
8. All local, state, federal taxes, and any fees that may apply are the sole responsibility of the contest winner. The contest winner will be required to present his/her social security number and sign contest waiver/release forms and applicable tax forms in order to claim the prize.
9. Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC and participating sponsors reserves the right to use every entrant’s name, likeness, and voice in live or recorded promotional material to be used in all media without additional compensation now or ever.
10. All entries become property of Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC. Entry information may be shared with other participating sponsors.
11. Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC and any other participating sponsors are not responsible for any damages or injuries that may occur from use or misuse of the prizes or during travel to redeem the prize.
12. If any circumstances beyond the control of Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC or any other participating sponsors force cancellation of the event of which the prizes are part, neither Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC nor any other participating sponsors are obligated to provide substitute prizes.
13. Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC reserves the right to cancel or modify this contest at any time during the contest period. Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC reserves the right to reverse decisions if after further review a discrepancy is found.
14. Decisions of Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC and participating sponsors are final.

1. No purchase necessary to enter. Participation is limited to persons 18 years or older. One entry per person. One (grand prize) winner per household.
2. Employees and immediate families of Maverick Media of Eau Claire LLC, Fox Network, their affiliates, and employees of direct market competing radio stations are not eligible to participate.
3. The contest period is 4/29/2010-5/6/2010.
4. The contest will be administered as follows: Beginning on Thursday April 29,2010, I94 listeners will be asked to listen to Curt and Sue in the morning for the I94 FOX ROCKS Mighty Mashup, featuring FOX theme songs. The Mighty Mashup will air several times each day on I94 and will also be featured on I94online.com. A different Mighty Mashup will be featured On I94 for each of 5 individual contests. On Friday April 30, Monday May 3, Tuesday May 4, Wednesday May 5, and Thursday May 6, 2010 during Curt and Sue’s morning show, Curt and Sue will ask for the 9th caller at 715- 834-9494 to play for the FOX ROCKS Mighty Mashup prize of the day. The listener will be asked to identify the FOX ROCKS theme songs in the Mighty Mashup of the day. By answering correctly, the caller will win the Mighty Mashup Prize of the Day. List of Prizes:
